We ship every MechMaxx order from our US warehouse and keep the process simple.

Delivery time

• Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days after your order is placed.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all orders within the USA.
• We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Approved damage claims are refunded within 7 days, or we'll ship a replacement at no cost — your choice.
