30-day free returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Returns are free — we cover the return shipping label.
- Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging when possible.
Money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the 30-day window, we'll refund your purchase in full. No restocking fees, no runaround.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, send photos to contact@mech-maxx.us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims are refunded within 7 days.
How to start a return
